4. Liability for Loss, Damage, or Fines: WayWise UK shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or fines incurred during the rental period. The individual or entity listing the car agrees to handle any such matters arising from the use of the car by the renter.
5. Payment Handling: The individual or entity listing the car shall not accept payment directly from the user renting the car. All payments shall be processed through WayWise UK's platform as per the agreed terms and conditions.

3. Deposit Holding: WayWise UK reserves the right to hold a deposit from the user for the duration of the rental period. The deposit will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the car, subject to inspection.
4. Payment Details: Users agree to provide valid payment details (such as a credit card) to be held by WayWise UK for the duration of the rental period. Payment for the rental fees, additional charges, and any penalties shall be processed using the provided payment method.
5. Return Conditions: Users must return the rented car in the same condition as received, with the same fuel level (if fuel is not included in the rental). Any discrepancies or damages shall be documented and addressed accordingly.
